Company: HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd
Set of working responsibilities
*Responsible for taking care of day by day questions, solicitations, and protestations of clients got by means of messages, letters and so forth., from branches, straightforwardly from clients or through the Administration Helpline.
*Responsible for doing the assessment of all protestations/correspondence got by HDFC SL.
*Interact with different capacities/divisions to get the fundamental data which would go about as key contributions to determine the protest
*Interact with channel accomplices, HDFC Bank TPP group to get the essential data which would go about as fundamental contributions to determine the dissension
*Ensure every one of the dissensions are settled with-in TAT keeping up the coveted quality level
*Handle raised objections got from different sources, for example, IRDA, Top Administration settling them on quick track premise
*To proactively work and take part in activities taken up for development.
*Train and build up the new colleagues as far as procedures, work, quality models, item, and frameworks.
*Preparing of MIS and reports
REQUIRED Hopeful PROFILE:-
Capability: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Involvement into Client Administration and Great relational abilities (Protection Ideal)
